Terms for Submission of Material/Registration of Interest
1 Registration of Interest and Restricted Material
1.1 The Site offers you an opportunity to register an interest in doing business with Next Retail Limited (“Company”) and to submit material (meaning materials, information or data) to the Company. You agree to be responsible for all the Company’s losses arising out any breach by you of these rules.
1.2 You are solely responsible for the material you submit to the website at www.nextgroupsourcing.co.uk (“Site”) and by submitting any material you agree to follow these rules.
1.3 You may not submit any material which:
1.3.1 reveals any confidential or sensitive information in breach of obligations of confidence;
1.3.2 contains any material which you do not have permission to use (including material which may be protected by copyright, trade marks, database rights or any other form of intellectual property right);
1.3.3 contains viruses or any other components with harmful or contaminating effects on the Company, the Site or any equipment connected to it;
1.3.4 breaches any contractual or other legal obligation you have to any third party; or
1.3.5 is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory or indecent.
2 Licence to Use Material
2.1 By submitting material to the Site you agree the Company may use the material submitted for any reasonable purpose. In particular the Company reserves the right to use any ideas contained in the material for its internal business purposes and discussions with third parties.
3. No guarantee
3.1 The submission of material to the Company via the Site does not guarantee participation in any e-auction or invitation to tender exercise, or guarantee you any business from the Company.
4. Warranties
4.1 You warrant you are duly authorised to register an interest in your organisation/business doing business with the Company.
4.2 You warrant that the materials are complete, accurate and up-to-date.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
5.1 By submitting material on this Site, you agree that the governing laws of England shall apply to these terms and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
